After many wonderful weekends connecting with you at local markets, I'm excited to announce a significant shift in how by Audrey & Grace will operate moving forward. Following our final two appearances at Emu Plains Market on March 15th and April 19th 2025, we'll be transitioning away from regular market attendance to focus on several exciting new directions for the brand.

A Heartfelt Thank You

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has visited our market stall over the years. Your support, feedback, and enthusiasm have been instrumental in shaping  by Audrey & Grace  into the brand it is today. The musings and conversations we've had, the stories we've shared, and the community we've built together at these markets have been truly inspiring.

Why This Change?

As a small ethical brand, I'm constantly evaluating how to best allocate my limited time and resources. While markets have been an incredible platform for connecting with customers face-to-face, they also require significant preparation time and weekend commitments that limit my ability to focus on design, innovation and sustainability improvements.  It also takes its toll on my family, which is very important to me.

What's Next? The Exciting Road Ahead

This transition away from markets isn't about scaling back – quite the opposite! Here's what I'll be focusing on in the coming months:

Enhancing Your Online Experience

I'll be investing significant time into improving our website, making it easier than ever to find and fall in love with sustainable fashion from the comfort of your home. I will be working on new pages, fresh new images and a whole lot more.

Professional Photography & Rebranding

One of my first projects will be a comprehensive photoshoot featuring our signature pieces in settings and on models that truly showcase their versatility and quality. This visual refresh will be part of a broader rebranding which will help communicate better, what by Audrey & Grace offers and stands for.

With more time in the studio, I'll be developing new designs that maintain our commitment to circular fashion principles and more zero waste designs, while expanding our range of styles. I'm particularly excited about exploring a 100% cotton alternative for children's and womens underwear.

Sustainable Fabric Research & Development

A major focus will be researching and sourcing even more sustainable fabric options. I'm committing to transitioning our entire collection to 100% natural fibre fabrics by 2030 (though I'm hoping to achieve this goal much sooner!). This includes all parts of the garments, including buttons, elastic etc.

Pop-Ups, Events & Fashion Shows

While regular markets will no longer be part of our schedule, I'll be carefully selecting special events, pop-up opportunities, and potentially even runway shows that align with our brand values. These more focused appearances will allow for deeper engagement with the ethical fashion community.  I will be exploring collaborations with my fellow Ethical Clothing Australia accredited brands here in the hills, Meg Smith Makes and Spiritus Eco Clothing and perhaps some out of towners as well, like Magenta Threads.  Exciting things are coming.

I aim to deliver more into your inbox, with a monthly newsletter, and updates on what's happening in the world of sustainable fashion and even some limited release offers. I will be sharing behind-the-scenes looks at our sustainability journey, design process, and upcoming opportunities to see our pieces in person.
